Good Faith Estimates
Beginning January 1, 2022, health care providers are required by law to give uninsured and self-pay patients (cash pay, private pay, etc.) a good faith estimate of costs for services they offer.
We believe in transparent billing, so we offer this simple rubric for calculation, which is part of the Good Faith Estimate. Our services are private pay only, and the rate for services is listed for each clinician. Multiply that rate by the number of sessions you expect in a week, a month, or a year. That is your Good Faith Estimate.
For example, if you see Wes every other week and his rate is $175 per session, your Good Faith Estimate is $175 every other week, $379.16 per month ($175 times 26 weeks, then divided by 12 months), or $4,550 per year.
In accordance with the “No Surprises Act,” we are happy to provide a written Good Faith Estimate upon request.
